Every revision game has a grind. In Curadh it's chests: students earn them by revising, open them in their Locker, and hope for something rare. Now put a photo of the woodwork teacher in that pool. Set them to Legendary and they sit alongside the rarest unlocks in the game — and whoever unlocks them gets to use them as their avatar.
From your dashboard, open Avatars and add their photo, a name, a rarity and their school email. They get an email with a link to the photo and a Yes and a No. Nothing appears until they say yes — then the avatar goes into the chest pool for every class you teach, on every device they play on through Curadh. Add yourself with your own email and it's live straight away.
It's their face, so consent comes first and stays theirs. They can withdraw any time from the same link, you can remove the avatar any time, and a photo that's declined or left unanswered for 30 days is deleted. Approved photos are stored in Ireland alongside your class data. Students' own photos are still never uploaded.
The Students tab lists everyone with accuracy, episodes done, weakest topic, last active, streak and XP. Tap a name and you get the report. Part of full access.

On Curadh's servers in Ireland from the moment you add it — but hidden. Students only ever see it once they've approved it from the email link, and only inside your classes' games. If they decline it's deleted straight away; if they don't answer in 30 days it's deleted; if they change their mind later, the same link withdraws consent and deletes it. You can remove it from your dashboard any time.

You go on to the free plan, which is one class. The class your students were using when your 30 days ended stays open, and any others pause — you still see those classes listed by name on your dashboard, just none of their numbers. The open one only changes if you archive or delete it, or if it goes a couple of months without anyone in it while another class is being used. Nothing is deleted: every student, every question they answered and every chest they earned is still there in every class. Your students aren't affected at all — they keep playing and everything they do keeps saving. Pay for a year and every class comes straight back, exactly as you left it.
Exactly the same as when a trial ends. Your account goes back to the free plan: one class stays open — the one most recently used — and the rest pause. Nothing is deleted; every class and every student's progress is kept until you pay for another year, and anything you'd already set keeps running for the students.
